Factory Planning

The aim of the course is to convey models, methods and techniques of systematic factory planning. Current trends in factory operation and factory organisation as well as their effects on the work as factory planners will be discussed. In addition, current factory planning tasks will be discussed on the basis of a large number of practical case studies and made tangible in the exercises.

Lectures

The lecture and tutorial will be held as usual in the winter semester 23/24 as a classroom course at PZH.
