Design of Communication Processes in Production Networks

The efficiency of production networks is significantly affected by the quality of the associated communication processes. The design of these processes is therefore an opportunity to influence the performance and competitiveness of production networks in a result-oriented manner. This article gives an introduction to the topic and presents a procedure for the analysis, evaluation and design of communication processes in production networks.
