GVP - Global Variants Production System

The aim of the joint project GVP is a production system that allows German companies to strengthen their assembly sites in Germany and at the same time profit from the internationalization of their products. The production system comprises the building blocks of product structuring, technology differentiation, the design of production stages and logistics and the shaping of international cooperation relationships. Differentiation and evaluation criteria are developed and tested for each of these modules.
