The term "intelligent" is composed of "genetic" and "intelligent". Genetic "information is basic information required to identify or reproduce the component, such as geometric descriptions or material information. This information is stored in the component and may have been inherited from an older generation of components.
In addition, the component contains information about its production. How is it processed? At what temperature? With what specifications?
All this still sounds like science fiction today. But not for long.
