Aim of the Course

The lecture is intended to familiarise students with "Lean Philosophy". Success factors of lean production systems should be shown to the students. You should be able to understand and apply the underlying methods. In addition, you should critically examine the limits of application of lean production.

Exercises

Exercises, like the lectures, are provided as videos (please also note the current information in StudIP). The video of the first exercise will be made available in StudIP on 30.04.2020 following Module 2.

Exams*

The exam in Summer term 20 will take place on 19.08.2020 from 12 to 2 pm at the PZH (seminar room 1 a/b and 2 a/b)

The date of the examination consultation will be announced during the lecture.

Results

The examination results of the exam "Lean Production" in the summer term 2020 can be viewed in the StudIP.
